  • Either! The good news is we completely customized based on the equipment available to you. While not required, we do suggest at least a few sets of dumbbells or bands-but we can make anything work!

  • Each week you will check in via our app to help guide any changes needed for the following weeks workouts.

  • This program is not designed to be physical therapy or rehab for injuries, however we can modify and work around any orthopedic or pelvic floor concerns to keep you active!

    This will be discussed at your initial intake call.

  • Our programming can be tailored to beginners or more seasoned exercisers. Our video and messaging support will help you feel guided and supported along your strength journey

  • Yes! We highly encourage pregnancy and postpartum individuals to stay as strong as possible to support your body during this time.

    Guidance from a Pelvic Floor PT will ensure exercise is safe no matter what stage you’re in!

  • There is no start and end point, you can cancel your membership at any time.

    We highly encourage at least 3 months of consistent training to see improvements
